New Pool Construction in Arizona

For a new pool in Arizona, start with a written project brief covering the layout, intended use and work around the pool. Compare proposals for design, excavation, the pool shell, plumbing, equipment, decking and the final handover. Identify the company responsible for the complete project and any specialists working on individual stages.

Ask each builder to explain what is included, how changes will be approved and who will coordinate permits and inspections for the property. Before hiring, use the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to check the business's license. Make utility-location planning part of the excavation discussion, and confirm the proposed service area directly with the builder.
